Hi I’m Cat, a certified Barre teacher with a background in ballet which included training full time with the National Ballet School. BUT you don’t have to be a trained ballerina to do barre!
I started Barreology to share its benefits with everyone, if you love yoga and pilates barre is a natural extension. I combine barre classes with my love for good food and time spent in nature, a holistic approach to living that has benefited me and that I want to share with you.
